  • How can I view an apartment? Viewing is by appointment only. Please call (520) 327-5671 to make an appointment. Our manager and other staff are flexible and could arrange a weekend apartment viewing if needed.

  • Are pets allowed?  No, the only exception is SERVICE ANIMALS. 

  • What bus lines are near Palace Apartments? The #11 (Alvernon) #3 (5th/6th Streets) and #4 (Speedway) are just a couple of minutes away.

  • What schools are nearby? Peter Howell, Basis, Mansfeld Middle School, Rincon/University High, Tucson Magnet High School, The University of Arizona and near the bus line to Pima Community College.

  • What shopping is nearby? El Con Mall is 0.5 miles away. A drugstore and convenience store are located less than one block away and grocery stores are 1.5 miles away.

  • Are you near the 3rd Street bike path to the UA? Yes, the bike path is just a couple of blocks away.

  • Can I grow flowers in flower boxes outside my apartment? Yes! Many residents grow flowers, peppers, fruit, etc., outside their door or in designated commons areas. Palace Apartments has grapefruit, lemon and orange trees that all residents can pick and enjoy!

  • Do you have fun, community events for residents? Yes we do! We have frequent holiday and potluck events at the pool and clubhouse.  

  • Can anyone use the clubhouse? Yes, the clubhouse is available for all residents to enjoy.

  • Can I use the clubhouse for a party? Yes. The clubhouse can be used for a birthday party, group event (sewing club, guitar club, card club, etc). See management to learn more once you move in!
